At first, the teacher can choose the textbook by free talking about various topics.
Especially for young preschool children, you can start with phonics without a level test.

We recommend that you study with a separate textbook.
This will help you improve your skills while continuing to study.
Even if you do not purchase the textbook separately, you can use the eBook or PDF file provided by the teacher.

The level test scores a total of 5 areas (communication, pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and comprehension).

The test will usually take 10 to 15 minutes with your level test instructor.

If you register for a course after the end of the course, you must select a class time again and the teacher and class time may change.

1. If the collection period for phone/video lecture service usage fees is less than 1 month

① Before class starts - Full refund of previously paid usage fee

② Before 1/3 of the total class time has elapsed - an amount equivalent to 2/3 of the previously paid usage fee will be refunded.

③ Before 1/2 of the total class time has elapsed - refund of the amount equivalent to 1/2 of the previously paid usage fee

④ After 1/2 of the total class time has elapsed - no refund



2. When the collection period for phone and video lecture service usage fees exceeds 1 month

① Within 7 days after payment but before class starts: Full refund (refund after deducting 5% of payment amount when receipt/course certificate is issued before class start) - After 7 days after payment but before class start: Refund after deducting 5% of payment amount

② After class starts - For all classes, the deductible amount is determined based on the class price (tuition fee for 1 month of classes for the same course), and the amount paid minus the deductible amount is refunded. (Cancelled/absent/postponed days are all included in the actual number of classes.)

In the case of the month in which the course is currently completed, the regular price of the class is deducted + in the case of the last month in which a reason for a refund occurs, the same amount is deducted as if the course period was less than 1 month

- If the deductible is greater than the amount paid, there may be no refund.



3. Self-study service

① During the course period or before the start of class - full refund of fees already paid

② Before 1/3 of the course period or number of classes has elapsed - an amount equivalent to 2/3 of the previously paid usage fee will be refunded.

③ Before 1/2 of the course period or number of classes has elapsed - an amount equivalent to 1/2 of the previously paid usage fee will be refunded.

④ After 1/2 of the course period or number of classes has elapsed - no refund

※ Self-enrolled courses are calculated based on the greater of the course period or number of classes.

※ Classes carried over from this course will be sold out after the classes for this course are exhausted first, and classes carried over from previous classes will not be refunded.

※ The free postponement service is provided to customers who have completed the contracted class period, so the postponed class is considered to have proceeded.

※ The usage fee is based on the regular price, and the refund is the amount paid minus the usage fee calculated in cases where the collection period is less than 1 month.

※ We will refund the amount settled in accordance with the refund policy, excluding miscellaneous expenses such as refund fees depending on the payment method.

※ The cancellation and refund regulations are as above, and are regulated in accordance with the Lifelong Education Business Act.
